Vijegan Baspar Shargh Company was established by private investment in 2000 and started operation of its production line in 2001 aimed at supplying raw material of polymer products, such as polyethylene pipes used for under pressure irrigation, coated telecommunication cables, automotive parts, injection parts and so on.

 

In 2015, the company began manufacturing polyethylene pipes in new site.

 

Now the company has three separate production halls, as follows:

F1: Production of carbon black masterbatch (40 % carbon black) used for under pressure polyethylene pipes.

F2: Production of various polymer compounds.

F3: Production of different types of polyethylene pipes, from size 16 to 400 mm

 

Nowadays, technologies related to production of polymer compounds and polymer alloys is completely confidential and access to it requires research projects. Therefore, in order to achieve these goals, the company has set up a Polymer Research Center and a specialized library and technical archives. Today, we are able to design and produce various compounds according to the needs of the customer and in accordance with national and international standards. Therefore, in March of 2016 our company was introduced as a knowledge based company. Also, It is noteworthy that four production of Vijegan Baspar Shargh company were funded by Iran National Innovation Fund (INIF) for which great international markets were found and formed the company’s foreign policies to export its knowledge-based products in order to help development of the company and country’s economy.
